Just a few too many marks to be a 64 in my opinion.

 I'm at MS-63 for this one, just to many face marks for a 64 IMO. I personally like the old small white ANACS holders and think there pretty accurate with grade so I'll say thy said the same. Nice Morgan! |

MS63 so close to PL but less than a 50/50 chance at PCGS I'm afraid, ANACS in an old holder probably called this MS64PL

I like that some of you thought she'd hit PL, that was my thought as well. I think ANACS was a little hard on this one, but thats fine by me.  |
