Just a few too many marks to be a 64 in my opinion.

 I'm at MS-63 for this one, just to many face marks for a 64 IMO. I personally like the old small white ANACS holders and think there pretty accurate with grade so I'll say thy said the same. Nice Morgan!

MS63 so close to PL but less than a 50/50 chance at PCGS I'm afraid, ANACS in an old holder probably called this MS64PL

I like that some of you thought she'd hit PL, that was my thought as well. I think ANACS was a little hard on this one, but thats fine by me.
