Bacchus2 Pillar of the Community United Kingdom 2892 Posts	Posted 03/20/2013 05:47 am I managed to pick up a rather worn Charles I shilling. These are not my usual area (though I'm after one portrait coin from each British ruler). I saw the crown mint mark which does help to narrow it down. The crown mint mark dates it to between June 1635 and February 1626. I'm afraid I don't know the Krause number fo rit, sorry. And I presume Peter meant me Bacchus. Tom Goodheart.
