Considering how the rim of this coin looks, this seems to be a fake to me (or a jewelery repro) The question to value it is : is it a gold repro, or a plated one.

I am sorry to say the coin is a fake, no value. It is a tourist trinket quality modern fake.

Improper design and details of the portrait/pillars/letters, improper edge (it stops before the coin's edge), improper metal ... it's just that we are used to those coins and that this copy is gross compared to an original.
