I am sure this square pattern on Jefferson's coat is PMD, but I gotta make sure before sending it back to circulation.

are those impressions/indentions in the coin surface, or simply staining?

Possibly the coin spent some time in a bank bag, leaving the discoloring on the coin?

Tried the acetone and it is still there. The acetone changed nothing. There is also a weird flow of metal on the reverse. It could be from Die Deterioration. Here it is.

That is because of the VLDS. The die is just about dead.
