Mint sets have to be cut open to release the coins.
But if you have spent that much money on the coins then I can't think why you would want to scrimp and use second hand packaging. If you want to do it you might as well get it professionally done.
But personally I think the coins are worth more seperately. Thats why people break open the mint sets and sell them individually.

I would get them all pcgs slabbed and just keep them like that. I think a second hand mint set would look pretty tacky. I doubt having the coins together would increase their selling price, probably decrease it. That is mainly because the individually the coins are financially achievable but together they add up and cut out a lot of the potential market.

As much as I hate slobbed coins I'm with Enwarb on this Or get a custom made case for display, I'm sure that a trophy shop would be able to help you out with this endeavour

I agree with enworb regarding the value, but I think for display it would be kind of cool.

very good point enwob I didn't think about that there would be more people who could afford 1 or 2 not the 5 coin set so that would give me a bigger market in the long run to sell too you should be in sale and marketing taken a will to find them all shame they would look cool in a set though

Think of the fantastic Velvet lined display box you could set these in. I can picture a case of magnificent Australian timbers to create a Unique Coin Set.!! Maybe you will be the next member to display at the Mint.!
