oih82w8 Pillar of the Community United States 7840 Posts	Posted 04/02/2013 10:06 am I picked up a 1939-P Reverse of 1940 earlier https://goccf.com/t/146157 so I figured that I would get the other variety Reverse of 1938 . Not quite as nice as the Rev of 40 (MS65FS), I have heard that the Rev of 38 is harder to get in Full Step quality (PCGS Pop 35 at MS64FS). The seller also states that is "semi-proof-like" which may explain the "darkness" on the obverse right side. I can hardly wait! What does the CCF think of this one? Thanks for your interest!
