they are both called counter stamps. the top one Masonic has a hole in it probably was hooked to a key chain or something like that. There are people who collect them. I am not sure of prices.They are both PMD this happened after leaving the mint.

The Masonic coin is different than the last few. The others were punched with a hand punch on the obverse. The Masonic coin was press through from the reverse, making the devices show above the design. I call them pop out coins.

I love the masonic one. I saw one with a southern state (which one?) in a book that said Lincoln would roll over his grave.
