papatony Pillar of the Community United States 808 Posts	Posted 04/04/2013 1:59 pm they are both called counter stamps. the top one Masonic has a hole in it probably was hooked to a key chain or something like that. There are people who collect them. I am not sure of prices.They are both PMD this happened after leaving the mint. Report this Post to the Staff

The Masonic coin was press through from the reverse, making the devices show above the design.
