Can anyone tell me anything about this holder? It is a capital. My local coin shop has 3 of these all of which are New Orleans mint. Beautiful coins. Interested if the holder has any significance? Thanks for the help.

What's the date Looks like an 1884-O? It also looks PL or DMPL MS62/63 grade from the photo and that's just a guess.

The look is sure close to the Redfield holders and the GSA holders, but I can't say I've ever seen one of these before, and I've seen a lot of different dollar holders over the years. The "Government Morgan" dollar quote is also strange way of marketing, unless dealers were using these around the GSA hoard relase in the 1970's and early 1980's to sell coins NOT from the GSA hoard but compete in the marketplace with a lower cost than buying from the government. That might make sense.
