This is what I currently have in my album, got it from roll searching a bazillion pennies......lol he is unique and the only one I ever came across !

About a year ago, I went on a quest for a 1970S Small Date. I did all my homework, printed large copies of the examples and quit 6 months later. I found it nearly impossible, even with very good magnification equipment to detect variation. I even discovered that many experts argue the point. I reached the conclusion that if it was so hard to tell this type of variation from the standard coin, it just wasn't worth the trouble and doubt...

I actually think the 1970-S is one of the easier variations to distinguish using only a loupe and eyeballs. Then again, I've been told I am not like most people.
