I just got six dollar coins from my dad. I am not really too much into silver dollars at the moment (more pennies, nickles, dimes, quarters).
This is the first time I have photographed coins so please don't be too hard me for picture taking skills although I am an avid photographer of nature (landscapes, not close ups). These taken on a DSLR telephoto setting.
I am curious to the grades of these coins as I am very poor at that skill. I will not sell these coins as they have sentimental value - just curious to the grading so I can learn how it is done. They are 1936,1939,1949,1958,1964,1967.
Thanks for looking.

I'm still honing my grading skills, but here is my opinion, 1936 - VF20 obverse, F12 reverse, overall grade F+, 1939 - VF30, 1949 - EF 40, 1958 - AU55, 1964 - AU58 , 1967 - UNC - Hey what's going on with the obverse ? Is this misaligned dies ? Waiting to see what the more experienced collectors say on the grades and the 67.

the last 4 are MS grades, the 49 being the highest(AT LEAST MS64).

All appear to be problem free and natural tone surfaces/never polished or dipped.

VF 1936 all the rest are varying degrees of mint state. Pretty nice looking 1939 and 1949 you have there!
