Scumbuster,
You'd be proud of me, I had sent E-Bay a report on a seller that listed 4 ASE in there mint cases and COAs. With this title
2001-W SILVER AMERICAN EAGLE PROOF W/BOX/COA LQQK MS70

Each proof was different year however all of them had LQQK MS70 in the title. So I contacted E-bay and stated that he should not be using MS70 in the title unless it was graded that way by TPG. I also told ebay that with the MS70 in the title that some poor newbie is gonna get ripped off.

I even sent him an E-mail before I contacted ebay and ask him what his credentials were to say it was MS70, and what his return policy was, as he had none. His response to me was that it is a beautiful coin and why would you want to return it before even buying it. Then he said "don't bother bidding on my auctions, please".

I noticed that his 4 items are now gone and they didn't end until Tuesday.
