How would you grade it? F12? Cleaned?

nice cent
price guides are high fifties for problem free
if that is cleaned, I would imagine you paid around $18 to $25

I didn't get the coin yet, these are the seller pics.
It looks like it might have been cleaned to me, but I'm not sure.
Payed 24$ for it.

I think it might go F 15, but I agree that it appears cleaned.

F12 to me. That spot is most likely from before the cleaning and was a spot of PVC damage. Yep it was cleaned, but not badly, probably took off any surface contaminats that would cause more corrosion in the future if it not been removed, probably dipped in silver brightner, instead of acetone, causing it to take on the cloudy white color.
