Recent pick-up in an NGC problem-free holder. What do you think?

I agree with many of the posters that the technical grade is VF35. I believe the overall appearance/eye appeal bumped it up to a market grade of XF40. Thanks for all the grades and comments!

Good strike, strong clasp, strong stars, relatively fresh dies, bit flat on the reverse. I think I have this at 35.

I was on the edge of EF40 but went VF35 due to very light old scratches around the eagle on the reverse, EF40 is a fair grade to me, you got a nice CBH BH1964!
