I think it definitely over MS-60. It's very good for it's age.

My guess is MS 63..or 64... because of the one showing touch on the lower neck. ..and a couple of other insignificant touches in the fields. Great colour helps too..

Due to my limited experience with large dollars, I don't know if the hair is worn or not.
I'd go with MS 63 if it's not wear.
