Easily an AU53. Has all the diamonds and feathers are crisp. Looks like a nice chocolate brown coin.
You might squeak out a 55. nlp

The gash on the ribbon and rim nick at 6 O'clock keep it at AU55. Nice example.

I would have to agree with those before me. There seems to be a tiny amount of wear on the high points, but that is well covered with patination, which makes grading a bit harder in this general level (AU50 -58) of condition.
The scratch on the cheek (obv.) and dents on the 'N' and the rim (rev.) don't help.

Yeah, AU53. TLAR. (That Looks About Right)
