dsfreeworld Pillar of the Community United States 4337 Posts	Posted 04/24/2013 09:49 am Just a standard AU dime but the toning is the highlight here. I paid $7 for this dime because it struck me as an educational piece. I am at a place in my numismatic education where determining the difference between natural and accelerated toning is a must for me since I love toned coins and want to avoid being schtupped by some con artist. so what say you CCF brethren? Natural or AT on this coin? thanks for looking grading opinions welcomed as well as toning thoughts Report this Post to the Staff

ThisIsFun Pillar of the Community United States 2480 Posts	Posted 04/24/2013 11:01 am Having recently sorted my family's 2000+ Mercs which were pulled from circulation 40-60+ years ago and never messed with since, I have seen identical toning in some of those.
