enworb Pillar of the Community Australia 4411 Posts	Posted 04/28/2013 02:18 am Welcome to CCF! Cuds in the tail feather area on 10c coins are quite common. I would guestimate from my searching that approximately 1 in 500 coins has a Cud there (I usually get about 2 in $100). They vary in size and shape by quite a bit. I really like them and keep any that I find. The keepers in the 10c series IMO: 1985 1991 2011 Any mint set only years. And any errors of course! Report this Post to the Staff

I have some spares and will send you one. They are known as 'fat' feather Cud. The Cuds in this area of the 1999 10c coins are quite varied in length and width.
