This coin is thin, brass, and almost 19 mm. Jpegs attached, I tried all the usual suspect countries but no luck. Can a member read the Arabic Script and help Identify the country and date? (Jpegs attached)

This is not a coin but a token needed to cross the Galata bridge in Turkey. From around 1912 if I remember right.

Doesn't seem to be Arabic More likely Persian/Iranian(ie: Farsi Language) I think I can make out Shah in the top picture. bottom picture is upside down

Great this is token, no wonder I could not find it in my Coin Catologue (searching every Para in every Middle Eastern Country). Thank You for the information. Regards :)
