Was going through some scanned images and came across this. Checked against coins listed on coppercoins and found nothing similar to this. Appears to me to be a repunched date. Possibly a 3 or an 8 was originally on the die before the 4? Or it may be a D? Or nothing at all....

That is the only one I found that even remotely resembles my coin. It has some similarities around the bottom of the pole of the 4. Looks like a super mild hook as well, like the hook of a D or the bottom of a 3... But that may just be my eyes matrixing the image, since this one doesn't have hardly any wear or imperfections.

Looks normal to me...I believe it is impossible to have a Repunched date on a Lincoln Cent because because the dates were not punched they were put on a master die.

The eyes make things stand out at times. The brain is trying to make a connect the dots. Just a normal coin.

I figured it very well may be matrixing. I am accustomed to this in different forms when dealing with sound. The main part that had me perplexed was the horizontal C type piece that is present under the 4. Never seen it so defined on a circulated coin. Most, even on AU+ coins, have been weathered away.

Thanks for the information and opinions!
