I assume its fake but I'm not sure. It should be silver but doesn't look like silver. I couldn't find coin like that in Krause catalog to compare it.

May not appear silver because if it is real it will be only 42% silver. Looks like KM2021, but NCG also does not have a picture.

A copper-silver alloy (less than 50% sliver) usually is called billon. It turns green when not in circulation because of the CuO. Yet it doesn't have the reddish copper color. Billon was used for producing much of the change coins. Billon was changed over to nickel in the 19th century.

If genuine, your 7 kreuzer should weigh 3.24g and have a diameter of 24.5mm. Take a look at this link to compare details:-

The coin was legal tender till 1857, when the coinage in Austria was decimalized and the thaler was changed over to the guilder. The hole was drilled in later to keep it as a medaillon. Whoever drilled that hole must have thought the coin was genuine (but of little value at that time).

But detail just doesn't look right to me... thats why I suspect its fake.
