Hi,

This one has beaten my identification attempts. I think it's an Afghan/Iranian civic (local) coinage that's been counterstamped - perhaps more than once - to update it's issuer and or value.

I struggle to ID these types of coin without a counterstamp ... but I agree, looks like a counterstamped Afagani Falus .
