first pic looks like its off center? second pic looks triple struck?
i would think triple struck would fetch 10X more than an off center

still hard to tell from pictures, rev looks like at least 1 extra set of denticles so either multi strike or a cap?

To me it only looks like it has been struck once. When it was struck the planchet was rammed into the collar, slipping a few times to give the 'steps'.

The "step" is from the collar... this is an off-centre strike.
