If the ASE and Gold Eagle are taken out of the mix...I can't think of a comparable pair in U.S. Coinage.  Britannia's have always been "classy" coins. Edited by oih82w8

Can't think of any others though (maybe some in State Quarters versus classic commemoratives - I don't really know much about either). |

Nice coins Triggeramob! I like that design as well - got the shilling and 50c but never seen the dollar before. Here are a couple from Argentina - 1 centavo 1888 and the very same Liberty head reappearing on the 50 centavos of 1983...  Edited by NumisRob
