As I am learning on this coinage (many thanks to BH1964 and Westcoin for the guidance as always) I am gambling a bit of lotto luck here to get a favorable slab but if all goes well, I should have a secure investment pending the collapse of the gold market as a whole! grading thoughts? thanks for looking Report this Post to the Staff

Not long ago, you said you don't hold any gold coins, now you own at least the number I have (3 coins) :). Details are crisp enough for me to call is MS, but I can't really tell much more than that. Thanks for the kind words dsfreeworld, I'm thinking a high AU 55 or 58 is in order. The reverse at 9:00 has a few light diggs or scratches and the obverse from the front of the Indian's lips to between the stars looks like a possible light staple scratch or similar, those alone would probably preclude a MS grade at a TPG.
