I would be interested in comments on this coin.
Looks like doubling on column 2 (quite similar to
1993D-1DR-001) with additional doubling, some of which is indicated by arrows - including columns 8 and 9 and the top of the vase on the right as well as the ends of the steps on the left.
I would be interested in any comments.

Hmmmmm.

My guess is that it isn't doubling. The coin appears to plagued with zinc zits and that makes me think that the coin has just deteriorated.

Looks more like a plating issue to me then a DD.
