Thoughts from anyone on this.... http://www.ebay.com/itm/1854-P1C-PA...em460f5ce1a3I see the rim, but doesn't this seem low for this coin? Have several AU in this series, no proofs. This just seems like she's talking to me, could be just my wife saying I still need to fix the sink though..... Someone slap me to reality, or NOT |

I believe this one is owned by a forum member here who sales some pretty high end coins....at least high end to me and way out of my budget. I also believe he helps identify less than ethical dealings on ebay ....such as finding problem coins that have been cracked out and sold as problem free. I may be completely wrong with this, but the seller looks familiar. If it's who I'm thinking it is, then I'd have no problems buying this coin. |

Shadow, thanks for the info. I've bought off ebay many times but am always careful on checking the seller, bids, etc. out before going in. 5 more hours to decision time, unless I get hit in the head with a skillet by the person living with me related by marriage :-) |

Thank you, I've already sent the email. To give all a smile, my wife "says how much is that coin", Me: about $2000. Her "it says 1 cent, who in the hxxx is going to buy a penny for $2000", and one last thing: her, "don't forget about my shoes". Any ideas on how to counter that statement  |

Sorry I didn't respond earlier, I was out hallucinating in the 100 degree heat. Somebody please remind me why I live in the desert. This is a really interesting coin....Chocolate Brown indoors, Blue outdoors. The pictures in my listing are from Heritage.
