Is this a small Retained Lamination on the 'LI' or does it count as PMD? I found it in a OBW roll I opened yesterday.
Are these collectible?

That is nice. It can fall off at any time though.

You might store it in a 2X2. At least if would stay inside the 2X2. But value might be small on this. On ebay? Who knows.

Thanks for the advice coop. Will put it in snap-lock.

Raymo, thanks, and I'm still learning. What I am finding is that it mostly comes down to how the light hits it.

Cool coin and awesome photo! What do you use for your pics? My kids want to go in together for a Father's Day gift for me and get me a USB Microscope. They want me to recommend one. I'd like for it to give clear close-ups, but not be too expensive since it is from them. Any ideas anyone?

Suds, I'm using the new Aven 26700-302 USB ZipScope. It is a highly-rated scope for its category. It has a 9 Megapixel sensor and also a polarizer filter built in to eliminate some reflection from BU coins.
