Thanks guys, Here are some photos. Clearly my camera isn't good enough to get real nice close ups, so these will have to do. This one is the same as the others....

If you guys dont mind, take a look at these coins too. Im not sure if they have been cleaned or dipped, but they have a real nice colour and lustre. Ive only just started learning about coin collecting so I cant really tell you much more.

Hi Lincoln, to the forum. Your dad was right, they are very good business strike/circulation coins,in very nice condition though.

Theyre still winners. Personally on silver coins I think Gem UNC business strikes are more attractive than the proofs. Copper is a different story though.

stick around and have some fun In regard to the photos, no matter the camera, I would crop the photos more so you just see the coin. Unless maybe there was something of interest written on the coin holder.

Haha, it's funny you say that enworb. I was just sitting here tonight trying to work out whether I like lustrous business strikes more or the shinny proofs. I came to the conclusion that it depends on the lighting and how you are viewing them! In the right light and in the hand I agree you just can't beat the beautiful cartwheeling luster of a quality business strike. However, I do enjoy looking at the proofs under glass.
Lincoln2403, you do have some well struck coins there. The sixpence really stands out to me. It looks to be good state of preservation.
