Good to know that my hoard of unique, sparkly pennies are worth at least a buck a pop

It does my heart good to to read a topic like this.
Coin people without a sense of humor are DULL.
Coin people WITH a sense of humor are a TREASURE!

"This rarity came from the famous glitter fight and at the mint in 93 ..."

About that, well see, Maude and her gang slipped a bottle passed the guard and spiked the punch.
Joe, a recovering alcoholic, was caught off guard.
He turned his gaze away from the coin hopper and Mandy
threw a bottle of glitter into the bin.
When Joe looked back he flew into a rage and blood was soon shed.
The guards soon broke up the fight and most, but not all of the affected coins were destroyed. That such a rare example survived is most unusual.
A VERY lucky purchase!

Actually 52Raymo, based on rking007's research, we now know that your coin is most likely a 1993...

Your ebay listing should probably read something like:

Unique, Extremely Rare, Glitter Error LMC, GEO-001
Undated (The most desirable 1993?)

I'm interested to hear what Mike Diamond has to say on this variety?

How long do you think it will take the TPGs to add them into their population reports or for CopperCoins to put up their research and page for it...

How long before Dansco adds it into the 7100 album?
