Doesn't seem to be much wear there nor much luster. That does make it tough, so perhaps a PCGS XF40.

I'm at AU50 there is enough detail to grade higher, but no luster present anymore. This could be one of those coins that was dipped out in the 1970-80's era of "white coins rule" the toning while it has some color it's not as atractive as the 1857-O you also posted. However, without the luster, I think that PCGS went lowball AU on this one, hope it's not in an EF45 holder it's too nice looking!

...AU50 not much wear but no luster. it's a very nice coin. i'd put it in my type set.
