This ones a little more valuable; as a very strong secondary mint mark punching can be seen on this variety.
My coin is LDS, later than example photos on coppercoins. Markers are much weaker, but still notable.

Light SW-NE die scratches are scattered through the top right part of the design. A die dot shows between the T of CENT and the right wheat stalk.

Hopefully this will grade MS64, but probably less due to spots on reverse.

Where did you find one in such mint state? A MS64 PCGS slabbed example sold on Teletrade for $70 on Sunday.

Last summer I found over a hundred unc penny rolls at an estate sale. Most rolls are from the 50's and 60's. Most were shotgun rolls, but a few were sealed in old plastic tubes. Some of these are flexable plastic, and hard to open without damaging the coins. Today it took me almost an hour to open the roll of 1953D's; but I was rewarded by this find. 1953 is my birth year so this one's special!

Yours would probably look as nice after you get your images a little better. Your close ups seem to have too much red/orange in them. Do you use editing software? The light source can be diffused a little. But the best way to improve you images is to made small adjustments and see what works and what doesn't. Be glad to help if you are willing.

Thanks Coop, help is always appreciated. My new ToupView software that came with my new microscope camera really makes the photos red. Have tried adjusting the hue, tint, and brightness; but only thing that cuts down the red and doesn't make photos green is sharpening the image. This makes all the cracks show up. I hate for the pennies to look green, so red it is.....

Albert: Here is how I adjusted one of your images:
New-Find-Today!-1953-D-Lincoln-RPM-1
Note the top right I reduced the "Hue."
The lower right I adjusted the contrast.
Left side is your image. Some editing can help. You mentioned turning it green. Don't take if that dark in color, then adjust your contrast. There is a strong glare in you images. You might make a curtain of a plastic grocery bag to make the light pass through before it reaches your coin. That should help, depending on your light source. If it isn't strong enough try facial tissue, or white paper. Just don't let it come in contact with you bulb.
