1996 Weird Penny...? - Coin Community Forum

wert Rest in Peace 1988 Posts	Posted 05/29/2013 9:20 pm Hi I have this 1996 American penny and I am by no means a pro with American pennies...The left side of the penny has a normal rim around it, but the right side has the face of the coin equal to or above the rim..As though it was created at an angle...can you tell me what kind of irregularity this is..?
