If it is real it is in the worst possible spot because unknown date errors are less collectible then known. I am pretty sure the third number is 8 and I think the last is a 3 because you can kinda see a little piece poking out from under the Cud. It needs a bat in verdi-care though. The area on the reverse that you referred to is a nice pickup point for authenticating a Cud.
