Does anyone have a pic of one of these coins. I know the pop on these are very low. I'm pretty sure I just found one while roll searching, but don't want to post a pic unless I'm sure, so I don't look like an idiot. lol

D appears to be tilted to the north, and DDD around date and mintmark.

any help would be appreciated! thanks!

Go ahead and post the picture. As an official member of the "Idiot Club" I welcome you to this forum. Shoot, we even have t-shirts, a slogan ("Yep, sometimes there IS such a thing as a stupid question, so what"), and membership cards!

We'd love to see the pic as a learning process for both sides (The Learned and the Learners).

All I see is a normal coin. The mint mark varied until 1989 because they were hand punched into the dies. Starting at 1990 they are now all in the same locations as they are part of the dies design. ope this helps.

yeah, thanks for that coop. I'm just starting to mess around with US cents as I can no longer get Canadian cents boxes from Canadian banks, unless someone answers my personal ad that I have placed to buy people's pennies(Canadian) for 5¢ more a roll. also find a lot of US. going through those now. sorry but I don't really know much about these American coins yet. lol
