Quote: Your comments can go both ways. Are you saying the buyers offer should be binding until it's convenient for the seller to respond? How long should their offer be good? What if you never respond? What if the seller holds the offer as backup and expects the buyer to buy when they decide weeks later that's the best offer they will get?
No, that is not so, because as it is written and enforced at this time, I think a seller has 2 days to respond. I would take that a step further and say 24 hours from the time the offer was made. In this age of technology I do not feel 24 hours is to short of a time limit to answer an email.
24 hours seems like a reasonable time for someone to respond to an offer. I would like to see them have it so if a seller accepts an offer in 24 hours its binding, if the seller waited longer than 24 hours then the buy has the option to go through with it or decline.
I like the idea of trying to speed stuff up so sellers arent handcuffed waiting, and believe that should be a two way street where buyers also arent handcuffed missing out on things waiting a couple days for a seller to respond.
True though, if a buyer can make an offer and not buy the coin if it is accepted, than the seller should have the option to not sell the coin if the buyer accepts a counter offer.
