Looks like VF/gVF to me. $35-$40 retail value. A coin dealer would pay you about 1/2 of these prices if you sold it to them.

I'm in at EF-40 as well, and agree it looks origional. Nice large cent!

Not quite strong enough for an EF-40 IMO. She is a beauty and I put it at VF-35.

Really close to EF but I'm at VF35+, looks pretty good for original surfaces and does not appear cleaned, at least not in the last 100 years!
