I don't know enough about these, but if you can prove they are fakes report them to ebay and get the auction pulled. (Just telling them they are fakes often isn't good enough, but if you can say WHY they are fakes it usually works well.)

The 2 coins seem to be identical, which means that they originate from the same batch of fake coins.

Technically, this is more of a replica/repro than a "fake"... I've seen one iteration of these in a type of promotional packaging - I believe it came out of Guatemala IIRC?
Aside from that... Time after time, I simply can't fathom how people are willing to spend several hundred dollars on a type of coin they clearly know absolutely nothing about. Does this sort of look like a Potosi 1696 8R? Yes. Is it a faithful-enough rendition that it should fool people into dropping $200 on one? NO!!

Yup, another iteration of the same fake. Note the slight difference in alignment of the detail and shape of the planchet... but ultimately derived from the same stamp. Found the photo of one of these with a case it came in... sure they were marketed w/other types of packaging as well:

Just for the record: the seller ("vintagecargo") cannot claim that he didn't know the coin was a fake/replica. With still about 20 hours to go, I sent him a very polite message, providing him with the necessary proof and asking him to call off the auction. Alas, there was no reaction...
Nice wooden case, realeswatcher! Reminds me of the traditional toilet still found in many older Norwegian farm outhouses...
