Does the indonisian government still mint them? Or do they mostly mint bronze coins?

Indonesia has never issued silver circulating coinage. Circulating coinage in Indonesia today is typically made of aluminium or steel. They made some silver NCLT commemoratives in the 1970s and 1980s, but as far as I know, haven't made any silver coins this millennium.

No. Mexico briefly experimented with bimetallic coins with silver cores, in the early 1990s, in an effort to stem the slide of the peso. It didn't work and when the silver value of the core exceeded the face value, people began popping the cores out and melting them. The experiment ended after just a coup[le of years. Apart from that, silver had disappeared from issued circulation coinage by the mid 1970s.
