I would look for the rotations on the provincials personally. Or you could sell these rolls on ebay at a premium.

Here's some ballpark prices for rolls

On the back page of some recent issues of CCN, J&M has been advertising prices paid for rolls.

If you decide to crack open the provincial quarters, I would be interested in a complete set once you have sufficient posts to sell here.

1983 would def have a premium. It's a very low mintage year for quarters.

1982 = 171,926,000 minted

1983 = 13,162,000 minted

1984 = 119,212,000 minted

Prices vary considerably for these sets, the proof-like strikes have a small premium over the business strikes (from rolls). You should be able to get double face value, if you have any of the custom holders for these sets.

surprised to see J&M list the roll of 83's at $95. probably never get that I guess.
i have come across rolls from 1cent to 50cent for both 1982 and 1983 so far.
also have the 1992 provinces silver proof set.
middross gave me an idea, maybe it would be better to make up 12 coin sets instead of rolls ?
don't have any holders though....
and yes the 1990 roll has me hoping I will yet find a 1991 roll !
have more to go through still, only have small amount at home, the rest elsewhere and kind of far to go often.

Selling rolls will get rid of them faster... but if you got the time go for it. :). But if you want to get rid of them in 1 fell swoop get your post up and Pm me. I collect 25c rolls.

I would be happy to make an offer on some of these rolls. Let me know what you have left.
