looks to me like the one on left is uncirculated, and the one on the right is proof-like  I like the difference between them. |

Not going to bother calling APMEX, I'll probably keep it or toss it on ebay and see what I get..lol It does look unique the more I look at it. Edited by SilverSurfer415

I like the difference between the two. The one on the right does sort of look proof-like. I would keep it

Just toned, which is a condition all silver bullion is heading towards unless stored in a vacuum. If it really bothers you get coin dip solution $2-3 a bottle and problem solved.

It looks a lot better than on my dealer's site. Interesting coin.
I saw Rwandan coins as well, but they looked quite ugly, to be honest...
This one is quite good. I see they're sold at low premiums too.

I'm confused about this coin. Are there 2 types available? Proof like and BU? If I bought a tube from a bullion dealer, would they be BU or proof-like? Any ideas? Would prefer the proof but not sure where to get them...
