The weight is supposed to be 13.5769g. Ask them to put it on a scale and take a picture.

This piece looks reasonably good, but I wouldn't be interested in it, unless examined 'in hand'.
I know that there are fakes about.

A fake coin to me! Not look like silver made and too rough of the surface. It is of no use to show the reading of the weight by on a photo because the user can set a higher baseline before putting the coin to the pan.

Fake.

There are a couple of these accounts out there. They say they are in canada and then they ship from china.
They try to sell all kinds of rare coins.

I got one fake coin and was able to retain it with getting my money back they definitely are better quality fakes. Weight is pretty exact on them.

They look very greyish I am not sure if they are made out of silver. I dont think so I still have to test it.

The seller seems to have managed to get feedback starting with a minus - quite an achievement.

Many of these fakes are indeed made of correct purity silver, correct size and weight. Some are made from modern laser etched dies and replicate the details perfectly. Very difficult to tell sometimes from pictures.

Numismat: Interesting point.
The parrallel is that U.S. forged gold coins have been re struck over equivalent coins of poorer condition and more common dates and mint marks.
Canadian $10 and $5 gold coins of 1912-13-14 have been struck, using U.S. Eagles and Half Eagles as blanks.

Excellent forged dies can be made by hubbing processes, similar to those used by mints.
