Looks like Dominican Republic, but we'll need an exact diameter to determine which coin.

Maybe a 5 centavos piece, which normally has a diameter of 21 mm?

The reverse of this coin doesn't have the legend around the reverse, allranger.

phil: You are correct, I am mistaken. I was going through my Dominican Republic coins trying to find a match and it was the right size so I thought I found it.
