I came across this 20 cent coin looking through my girlfriend's drawer full of coins (10c and 20c).



20-Cents-Error-Or-Man-Made?-Help


The marks I am curious of are located within the red box.

This maybe man-made as it appears a little scruffy in this picture. It looks different in real life lol.
Just curious to know whether or not it's an error (despite it being circulated)

Are they impressed or raised? If they're impressed then it's probably the result of a coin knocking against it and leaving an impression of its reeded edge.

The little 'scuff' on the coin is a little raised, but perhaps it is just the coin being knocked around a bit.
