The pearls around the brooch and the V in AVST are consistent with a modern restrike.

I have to say, the details don't seem right to me. The general indistinctness on the coat of arms, the odd shapes of some of the letters (like the 0 in 1780 and the B in BURG) and the general asymmetries and misalignments make me think this is a "Chinese" counterfeit, not a "genuine restrike".
Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis

I also have a problem that the edging is so worn but the detail on the reverse and obverse are still pretty decent, as though it has been artificially aged.

Just some more info on this coin I just did a silver test on it and it shows up as silver. I would like to do a density test on it and want to know if anyone knows what its density should be as it wont be 10.5 as it is'nt pure silver. I did a density test today and the density is 10.25. Did the chinese make their forgeries out of silver.
