I saw this at my dealer's the other day. The style reminds me of the banknote coin that was released last month. It has the same type of style. In hand, there's actually quite a bit of detail and depth to the coin.
Here's my theory: RCM knows that you're going to purchase from them and profit from their coins and keep their market rolling. They don't care anymore about the quality since it knows it woulnd't loose customers just because of the frosting deficiencies.
