MS61/2 with a possible shot at MS63, the cheek really took a beating at some point.

I'd say she's a 63. It looks like pretty typical bag marks for a 63, definitely too many to hit 64 but it looks better than a 62.

Solid MS-63 ; if a coin is moderately baggy but has nice luster it is in my experience almost always a 63
