Just found this penny while roll searching. I'm not sure if this result can be achieved with a vice or if this is an actual double strike. just want to get everyone's opinion.

Vise or hammer job. Notice how the devices are mirror images and incused istead of raised.

Damaged. You can see on the reverse that the devices are completely flattened.
