I've been looking on ebay and I've come across a 2013 coin with two bald eagles on it with a mintage of 7,500 and it's at the price point of $140. its a 1oz coin. I know $140 is WAY over spot for this, but I figure its both bullion and numismatic value going for it. And it is one of the early made ones (29/7500). should I go for it or just buy $140 worth of 2013 ASE's Edited by schris252 08/14/2013 8:25 pm

I guess the link answers the question though, issue price is just $99.95. Unfortunately it's Awaiting Stock but be patient and keep an eye on it. Odds are this is one of the ones that won't be worth more than issue (and maybe less) in a few years.

If you are in the Toronto are you can pick this up for issue price at many of the post offices.
You might also want to try Gatewest. They have it higher than list but still much lower than the price you found.
Good luck

I am willing to get that coin http://www.silvertowne.com/p-22643-...e-label.aspx the first of the series NGC PF70, but the problem is that there are non on ebay, and I would like to have all 4 of the series graded. Anyone has any idea where I can still get it, if it is still possible. I mean there are many of them graded PF70 by NGC, specificaly 955, so should be possible Thanks

I can't help you with that..... hahaha. However, if you are patient with ebay, I'm sure you will be able to get one for the right price. You can save your search w/ ebay and it will notify you when the coin you are looking for is poping up.

My Bald Eagle â€" Lifelong Mates silver $20 coin was delivered this week. I liked the design when it was first available as a platinum coin, but wasn't willing to pay the RCM's asking price for it. I'm glad that it was offered in a lower priced silver version.

The 3rd coin is still available at CP website, so finally it's not a very hot series.
