Any help on what this is would be great. I can see the off center strike and what appears to be a possible double strike (very small on edge) right side of obverse rim.
Not sure what the other is. Flip over?
I was going to take it to Fred Weinberg as I found this in a token binder the last day of the show but he looked pretty busy with customers.
Any help would be great
Oh. Taken with my cellphone on the road. Better pics when I get home.

It looks to be an off center with a partial brockage. There could be a very small second strike, but I couldn't tell you based on the images. I'm leaning towards damage, though.

The letters ONE CENT appear to enlarged. So it may have been a capped die broadstruck off center?

ErrorCoins222 is exactly correct in his assessment. An off-center strike with a partial brockage. It does appear that the imperfection on the edge at 2:00 is post-strike damage.

I've seen plenty of partial brockage errors, but with the additional off center strike, it can easily be misinterpreted as something else. Just goes to show you how rare such an error combo really is. Very unique buy indeed!
