Would you accept aUNC?Maybe good EF with the marks on the obverse
but its certainly worth more than spot although I do believe the grades are more lenient with sovereigns because they mark more easily than copper or silver

I have only just started to collect these and I am on shaky ground grading these due to total lack of experience with them in hand.

Eric Eigner sent me this one for spot + 15% and I am really happy with it.
To my untrained eye I would call it at gEF-AU55.
I don't know for sure ,That's why I am asking for opinions

Good EF for this one.
Nice coin!
Decades ago, I had a complete gold type set of sovereigns and halves that included an Adelaide Pound. I sold the lot with a few interesting ancient gold coins, to raise money for a house deposit.

This is only my 4th sovereign so far and I am aiming for a type set , Then try and fill the gaps in the dates after that.
I doubt very much that I will be able to afford an Adelaide Pound tho
